By accessing and using VenueFY, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This is a personal, independent project developed for the JKUAT student community.
2. Use of Service
VenueFY is provided "as is" for facilitating venue discovery and attendance marking. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.
- Users must provide accurate registration information.
- Unauthorized use of another student's registration number is strictly prohibited.
- Abusing the booking system to block venues maliciously is against these terms.
3. Service Availability
As a student-led project, VenueFY does not guarantee 100% uptime. Features may be added, modified, or removed without prior notice as the project evolves.
4. Intellectual Property
The code, design, and logo of VenueFY are the intellectual property of the developer. Students retain all rights to any testimonials or feedback provided to the platform.
5. Limitation of Liability
The developer of VenueFY shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies in venue availability, attendance reporting errors, or any disciplinary issues resulting from the use or misuse of this unofficial tool.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to VenueFY for users who violate these terms or engage in behavior detrimental to the student community.
7. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
